Terms of Service
BASICS
♥ I have the right to edit my Terms of Service at any time.
♥ I only work in my own style, and it changes as it evolves. If you like a specific aesthetic, include it in references and I can try my best!
♥ Any kind of artistic freedom is very appreciated! I'm open to brainstorm concepts together!
♥ I will answer messages ASAP, but won't respond much on weekends.
♥ The average waiting time for a commission is around 15-30 days per piece.
⤷ The time limit can increase depending on the queue, complexity, communication, or if I have personal emergencies. You will be told of any delays.
♥ I have the right to deny Any Commission upon request for any reason.PAYMENT
♥ Prices listed are in USD, and payment is only through Cashapp. Link will be sent at time of Payment.
♥ 100% upfront, or 50/50% (Orders over $150).
⤷ Partial Payments for work in progress pieces are low resolution and heavily watermarked.
♥ If you would like to send a Tip, I ask you do it once you receive your completed commission.
♥ My legal name is listed on Cash App at time of payment. Do not share this information or attempt to find my personal social medias.

♥ If the commission is in progress, a reason needs to be provided. Full refunds will only happen if I haven't started the piece.
♥ Refunds are provided only for pieces up until to the FLATS stage, with a 30-50% off value, depending on how much work was done.
♥ No Refunds if the piece is close to completion, or is completed.
♥ No Refunds on Tips.
♥ I follow briefings and ask for approval at every step of the process. No Refunds if you throw a "it isn't what I wanted".
♥ You can only ask for refunds within 15 days after the payment is sent.
♥ If the work is put on standby, or cancelled by ME at any point of the process, you will choose between waiting or getting a refund.PROCESS & EDITING
♥ Be as clear as possible from the beginning about what you want in your piece. Send references or anything, to help get the piece to what you want as fast as possible.
♥ Updates happen when I have good progress, usually once a week. But you can ask for more at any time.
♥ Big changes can be applied up to the lineart phase, without charges.
♥ Minor things can be edited after Flats. Excessive changes, or major changes after this will result in a +$15 fee. No big edits will be done in the later process, or after completion.
♥ The final piece is delivered as a PNG image via Google Drive.RIGHTS AND USAGE
♥ These commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
♥ I own the CopyRight to any work I create.
♥ Don't remove the signature/watermark under any circumstances.
♥ Please don't trace, copy, or claim to be the owner of it in any way.
♥ The art can be (except upon Request & Payment) used in my portfolio, and can be posted by me. The client will remain anonymous by default but can ask to be tagged and/or mentioned.
♥ The client can repost or use it as icon/tokens/banners, but please credit me!
♥ The client does not own the right to make any profit on it.
♥ No NFTs, A.I. or crypto allowed. My work is NOT allowed to be run through or used to train A.I.
♥ If any of the terms of service are broken, the client will be blacklisted, the commission will be terminated, deleted and no refunds will be given.By requesting a commission, you Accept and Agree to all the Terms of Service listed above by the Artist.
